Discussion of draft reportMembers sat at tables in groups of 3-5 and discussed the entire rough draft for clarity and meaning. There was a celebratory atmosphere, with pie, coffee and party accoutrements. |

Whole group, final editing processAfter groups finished going through the document, we came back together as a whole group to hone out rough spots. Most of the corrections were simple word-smithing, but there was a lively discussion around the guidelines for second language. We finished the discussion, and parted feeling good about the final product and the work we accomplished together. |
