Supplemental accident
coverage, provided through Manley Services (485-7488), is made available
to parents who:
- Want to supplement their existing coverage.
- Do not have accident coverage for their children.
- Must provide medical
coverage for students involved in interscholastic sports.

The Interscholastic/Tackle Football Plan
covers:
- Interscholastic tackle football season for students
in grade nine-12.
- All interscholastic sports for students in grades nine-12.
- All practice sessions, official games and related travel
from the first day of official practice (or when payment
for coverage is received) until the last day of the season.
- Travel to and from practice and games.
- From the first day of official practice (or when payment
for coverage is received) until the last day of football
season.

The School-Time
Plan covers accidents that occur at school during
the school day and one hour before or after school while
the student:
- Is on the school premises.
- Attending a school-sponsored and supervised activity.
- During travel between home and school to attend regularly
scheduled classes or to participate in school activities.
- In school-provided transportation vehicles anytime.

The 24-hour
Plan covers children 24 hours a day from the first
day of the school year until the first day of the following
school year including all:
- Weekends.
- Summer vacations.
- Other vacations such as Winter and Spring Break.

The
24-Hour Dental Accident Plan is designed
to cover treatment for accident-related injuries to teeth.
The dental accident plan covers: Reasonable and customary
charges by dentists in this area for
- Injuries incurred 24 hours a day
during all activities and all forms of transportation.
- Dental injuries for which treatment
is sought within 30 days of injury.
- Usual and customary treatment
charges for up to one year of the accident date.
- Specific coverages include:
-All necessary examinations.
-X-rays.
-Repair of existing caps and crowns.
-New dentures and bridges.
-Endodontia related to the accident.

| The
Interscholastic Sports Plan does not
cover certain conditions and injuries. These are described
in the "Student Accident and Health Insurance" brochure
available in the school office. |
The School-Time
Plan does not cover:
- Accidents that occur during interscholastic sports
events for students in grades nine through 12.
- Accidents in certain types of motor vehicle accidents
(being struck by two- and three-wheeled vehicles).

The 24-hour
Plan does not cover:
- Accidents that occur during High School tackle football
- Accidents in certain types of motor vehicle accidents
(being struck by two- and three-wheeled vehicles).

The 24-Hour
Dental Accident Plan does not cover:
Payment until all amounts you receive from other insurance
or health agreements have been paid.
- Treatment for complications or re-injury of an existing
condition.
- Treatment for infections, except those occurring through
an accidental open wound.
- Orthodontics.
- Loss or damage to dentures or braces.
