The Alternative Kindergarten, located at Harris Elementary, offers a flexible, informal environment where the young student plays an active role in structuring his or her own day. Students explore their own areas of interest and learn at their own pace. They are encouraged to become responsible for themselves and helpful to each other. Parent involvement is encouraged.
