Administrators from the Churchill Region met at the new César Chavez Elementary School on August 27, 2004, to orient new members, confirm grant goals, and plan grant activities for the coming school year.

Laurie Henry begins introductions by having participants share a "tiny talent" they'd learned over the past year.

Larry Brown, Wallace Assistant, reviews the breakthrough ideas "through lines" linking school, district, and state.

In table groups, administrators review their prior group vision statement for possisble areas of addition and revision.

Churchill area administrators also reviewed their group agreements, grant goal priorities list, and brainstormed next steps in action teams for the coming school year.
