On August 26, 2004, all administrators new to Eugene School District 4J attended an orientation meeting. The session included an overview of the Wallace grant goals and support, as well as an overview of district policies and resources.

The 4J Way *Permission Test: 1. is it good for all students? 2. is it legal & ethical? 3. is it something I'm willing to be held accountable for? 4. is it consistent with values & goals of the organization? 5. is it wise use of resources? If you can answer "yes" to all of these questions, just do it.
